Lunggeui Lvka is a set-building project exploring various machine fabrication methods and combinations with digital media and live physical FX. The project began with two prompts: a CNC-milled site model and a 3D-printed vase. Both experiments took reference from the Lvnggeui Lvka world narrative while different media techniques including projecting mapping, laser control, and fogging were applied in an iterative process.

As the digital FX integrator, I focused on the design development of the projection mapping content as well as mapping the work onto the landscape canvas. The process for the 3D-printed vase combined lasers and fog controls at an outdoor site. The output was archived in a final reel to demonstrate the process and interactive capabilities.

The output reel demonstrates layering animated visuals on a CNC-milled site model and a 3D-printed vase at night to demonstrate an atmospheric relationship between nature and the artificial lights. Blending technical processes with storytelling narrative, these set projection pieces act as artifacts of Lunggeui Lvka, explore the intertwined relationship between the organic and the constructed.
